These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website vectissignal.com and any services provided by Vectis Signal LLC ("Vectis Signal," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Vectis Signal provides LinkedIn content creation, outbound lead generation, and related marketing services to business clients ("Client," "you").

The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate agreement, invoice, or order confirmation, which forms part of these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information necessary for us to perform the services (including access to relevant accounts where required)

  • Respond to reasonable requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner

  • Use our deliverables in compliance with LinkedIn's own terms of service and applicable law

We are not responsible for delays or reduced results caused by a Client's failure to provide timely information or approvals.

Fees

  • Services are billed as a monthly retainer, invoiced in advance, and payable by card via Stripe unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Fees are due on the billing date shown on your invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

  • Pricing published on our website is subject to change; any change will not affect an active engagement until the following billing cycle.

  • Current pricing is published at vectissignal.com/pricing

Intellectual Property

- Deliverables created specifically for a Client (content, DM scripts, profile copy) become the Client's property upon full payment for the relevant period.
- Vectis Signal retains all rights to its underlying methodology, frameworks, templates, operational systems, and any proprietary tools used to deliver services. These are not transferred to Clients under any engagement.
- Our own branding, website content, and marketing materials remain the property of Vectis Signal LLC.

Guarantees

While we apply a tested methodology and draw on prior client results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as a particular number of leads, calls, or conversions). Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, offer quality, and Client responsiveness.

Term and cancellation

See our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectis Signal LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
